Both cast bronze and cast brass letters are protected with a clear protective coating prior to
shipping, however, cast brass is not recommended for exterior use.
Although casting alloys of aluminum can be anodized, because of the inherent nature of the
sand casting process, an anodized finish is not recommended for cast products.
Cast letters are manufactured using sand molds in our state-of-the-art foundry from raw ingot
alloyed in the following materials:
Cast Bronze
Equivalent to Copper Development
Association Alloy C92200;
88% copper, 6% tin, 4% zinc, 2% lead.
Yellow Brass 70/30
Alloy # 406; 58% copper,
40% zinc, less than 1 % each
tin and lead.

We can produce waterjet-cut metal letters in virtually any letterstyle using electronic
artwork. Waterjet-cut letters have sharp inside corners and more precise details than
router-cut or cast metal letters. A wide range of materials and finishes provide numerous
design options for dimensional letters.
